§ 2.04.010. Officers-Oath of office-Duties prescribed.

The duties of each officer shall be such as are now prescribed by law and in addition thereto such further duties as the mayor and council shall prescribe. All officers before entering on the duties of their office shall take an oath of office as prescribed by law for the faithful performance of their duties.
